Real-time objection assist

You know the answer.
RepVolley makes sure you say it.

A buyer pushes back. You know this one — you just can't retrieve it fast enough, and the pause turns into "let me get back to you." RepVolley hears the objection and puts your answer on screen before the sentence lands.

MATCHED price_vs_incumbent

Reps don't lose deals because they never learned the answer. They lose them because they couldn't recall it in four seconds with a buyer waiting.

How it works

Four screens, start to finish

Real screens from the product. The only thing staged is the objection.

Your battlecards become cards

Upload the decks you already have — or point us at public web pages if you don't have any. We extract the objection, the speakable answer, the specifics, and check every number against the source. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

RepVolley phone app consent screen: Before this call — tell the people on this call, with a suggested disclosure line and a start listening button
02 · BEFORE THE CALL

One honest sentence, then start

The app doesn't listen until you've told the room. It gives you the line to say. Nothing is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere — audio is processed on the device and discarded.

RepVolley phone app during a call: a matched objection card with a speakable line, three recall chips, an ask question, and a second card queued below
03 · ON THE CALL

The card is up before they finish the sentence

Exact phrases fire instantly; close paraphrases fire as a labeled best guess. One line you can say word for word, the numbers you'd otherwise blank on, and the question that hands the conversation back. A second objection waits below — tap to swap. Tap the card to pin it.

RepVolley call recap: call length, objections answered, near-misses, and blanked moments, with each answered card and the phrase that triggered it
04 · AFTER

A recap, not a recording

What fired and what you heard that came close but had no card — flag those and they become your next triggers. Nothing persists unless you flag it. No transcript, no recording, ever.

Two ways you sell

Remote calls on your Mac. In-person on your phone.

RepVolley Mac card panel as it floats over a call: a matched price objection with the speakable line 'Compared to what, though — the other vendor, the budget line, or the cost of the problem staying?' and three recall chips
The Mac card, real screen. It floats under your camera over Zoom, Teams, or Meet; hover for the question that hands the conversation back.
Desktop · remote calls

Works with headphones on

The Mac app captures the call's audio stream directly, not through your microphone — so it works on Zoom, Teams, and Meet with your headset on. Tools that listen through the mic need the call on speakerphone, which is not how anyone sells.

An always-on-top card under your camera. Transcription and matching run on your laptop; a packet capture will show nothing leaving.

iPhone · in person

Dealerships, showrooms, field visits, trade shows

Where the conversation happens across a desk, the phone hears it. Speech recognition runs on the phone itself — no audio leaves it, and it works without a signal.

Personal phone, company pack: the pack you build on your dashboard is fetched to your devices with a six-character pairing code. No password on the phone, ever.

What stays where

We'd rather be checkable than trusted

Your calls never leave your device.

Audio, transcript, and detection all run locally. There is no server that hears calls, because there is no path for call audio to reach one.

Uploaded files are processed once and deleted.

Battlecards are parsed to text and the file is gone before extraction starts. Only the cards you approve are stored — encrypted — so your devices can fetch them. Delete them, or your account, in one click.

It will not invent a statistic.

Every number in every card is checked back against your source. Anything that can't be traced is stripped and flagged for your review. A cue that fabricates a proof point is worse than no cue at all.
