Privacy Policy
The short version.
Your calls never leave your device. RepVolley listens on your phone or computer, transcribes locally, and shows you prompts. No audio, no transcript, and nothing said on a call is ever sent to us or anyone else.
If you upload battlecards, we process the files once to extract objection cards, delete the files immediately, and store only the cards you approve — encrypted — so your devices can fetch them. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.
1. Who we are

2. What happens during a call
The RepVolley app processes audio entirely on your device. Speech recognition, objection detection, and the flashcards shown to you all run locally. We do not receive, store, or have any access to call audio, transcripts, or the content of your conversations. The app keeps an in-memory log of which cards fired and short phrases that triggered them for the post-call recap; that log is discarded when you close the recap unless you explicitly flag an item, in which case the flagged phrase is saved on your device only.
Your responsibility on calls. Laws in many places require that everyone on a call knows it is being processed by software. RepVolley asks you to tell the other participants before each call and provides suggested wording; you are responsible for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply to you.
3. What we collect when you create an account

4. How uploaded documents are processed
When you upload a document, our server converts it to text, deletes the file, and sends the extracted text to Anthropic's API to identify objection-handling content. Anthropic processes this under its commercial API terms, which do not permit use of your content to train its models. Numbers and claims in the resulting cards are checked against your document's text; anything that cannot be traced to the source is removed and flagged for your review. Nothing becomes part of your pack until you approve it.
5. Where data lives and who else touches it
- Our servers run on DigitalOcean (United States). Your pack and related records are encrypted at rest with a key held separately from the database.
- Cloudflare serves this website and routes email to us.
- Anthropic processes extracted document text as described in section 4.
- Apple processes on-device speech recognition on your phone; that processing does not involve us.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than providing RepVolley to you.
6. Your controls
- Delete pack removes your compiled pack and all approved cards.
- Delete account erases your pack, cards, upload history, device tokens, and login. Nothing is retained.
- Unpair a device from its settings; the device also discards its cached copy of your pack.
- Use our contact form for access, correction, or deletion requests we can't yet serve in the product.
Backups of our database are kept for 14 days and are encrypted; deleted data leaves backups on that schedule.
7. Children
RepVolley is a business tool for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for account holders, notify you by email.
