Terms of Service
The short version. RepVolley is a recall aid for sales calls. You are responsible for telling people on your calls that you use it, for having the right to use any documents you upload, and for what you actually say to your customers. The cards are prompts, not promises.
1. The service
RepVolley ("the service") is software provided by FableForge Labs LLC ("we", "us") that listens to a conversation on your device, detects objections, and shows you prepared prompts. Optionally, it builds those prompts from documents you upload. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Pairing codes and device tokens let your devices fetch your pack; treat them like passwords.
3. Calls and consent
Many jurisdictions require the knowledge or consent of everyone on a call before it is processed by software, and some treat live transcription as recording. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls. The app prompts you to disclose its use before each call and offers suggested wording; using that wording does not by itself guarantee compliance in your jurisdiction.
4. Content you upload
Before uploading, you confirm that you are authorized to use the documents you upload — including any company battlecards, decks, or internal material — for the purpose of building your pack. We cannot verify this and do not try to; the responsibility is yours. You retain ownership of what you upload and of the cards built from it. You grant us only the limited right to process that content to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload anything you are not permitted to use, anything unlawful, or anyone's personal data that you have no right to process.
5. AI-generated content
Cards are extracted and phrased by an AI model from your documents and our base library. We check numeric claims against your source text, but the output can still be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given conversation. Review everything before approving it, and use judgment before repeating anything to a customer. You are responsible for what you say on your calls.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate any law, to intercept or process conversations you have no right to process, to attack or overload our systems, to reverse-engineer the apps, or to build a competing service from our base library. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Fees and trial
Individual plans are offered with a 30-day free trial and a monthly subscription thereafter, at the price shown at sign-up. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; your access continues to the end of the paid period. Until billing is enabled, accounts are provided free of charge and may be subject to limits.
8. Ending things
You can delete your pack or your entire account at any time from the dashboard; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any card will produce any particular sales outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FableForge Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify FableForge Labs LLC against claims arising from content you upload, from calls you process with the service, or from your breach of these terms.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FableForge Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
